Job description
As Head of Finance, you’ll take charge of the financial management of our Estonian and French entities. Reporting directly to our CFO in France, you’ll ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and optimised cash flow management.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing accounting operations and cash flow management for our Estonian entity, while coordinating with the CFO on accounting for our French entity
- Handling monthly closings and financial reporting
- Collaborating with local service providers for GAAP and tax compliance
- Driving automation of accounting and reporting processes
- Managing payroll in partnership with HR
- Overseeing audit processes for both entities.

About you
- 3-5 years of experience, ideally with Big 4 exposure
- Proficiency in French is a plus
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving aptitude
