Here are the steps to follow to buy call credits manually with Onoff Business:

  • From the purchase pop-up window, click on “Buy credits“;
  • Select a pre-selected amount of credits or customise an amount and click on “Finalise purchase” (The default credit card will be used, it will not be possible to register a new credit card from this screen).

Automatically: How to buy call credits with Onoff Business?

Onoff Business offers you the possibility to define a monthly reload task that will allow you to buy a given number of credits on a chosen date.

Here are the steps to follow to set up the call credits:

  • Set up the automatic credit reload by clicking on the “Activate” button in the “Set up automatic credit reload” box;
  • After clicking on “Activate”, you will be able to manage how many credits you want to top up and when you want to do so (you can deactivate/change it at any time).

  • The manager of the administration interface can buy credits (100 credits = 1 EUR / 1 GBP)
  • Credits are shared between all employees of the account: when an employee makes a call or sends an SMS that requires credits, the amount of credits is removed from the account
  • International plans are supported until June 2023, you cannot buy new ones
  • After that they will be removed and replaced by credits
